  • 4 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 4 TBSP GARLIC, MINCED
  • 4 RED ONIONS, SLICED
  • THYME SPRIGS
  • 4 TBSP HONEY
  • 1 KG SEEDLESS GRAPES
  • 2 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 1 TBSP RED WINE
  • 1 TSP HOT RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • 2 TBSP PARSLEY
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. WARM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND BUTTER. SAUTEE ONIONS AND GARLIC. ADD SLICED ½-INCH THICK SAUSAGES AND THE REST OF INGREDIENTS FOR 7 -10 MINUTES UNDER LOW HEAT.
  2. ADD GRAPES, WINE AND GARNISH WITH PARSLEY.
