Job Description:

Demand Planner involves coordinating with cross functional teams. The important role of the position is to forecast and estimate future demand for the company’s products or goods. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends and other relevant factors to make predictions about the quantity of goods that the customer will likely purchase in the future. The primary goal is to ensure that the right amount of inventory is available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock or shortages.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, production planning or supply chain management preferably in food manufacturing.
Proficient in Excel and ERP Systems.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Planning and organization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
