Assistant Brand Manager supports the Brand Manager in executing marketing plans, brand initiatives, and product strategies for PL Aguila Manufacturing Inc.’s portfolio. The role focuses on assisting in campaign implementation, market analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of brand programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/College degree in Marketing/ Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field (FMCG or food & beverage preferred)
  • Basic understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, research tools, and consumer insights. Skills Competencies
