CHICKEN INASAL LONGGANARA
- 250g AGM Chicken Inasal Longganisa
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Minced garlic
- ½ Cup white onion
- Pasta Noodles
- 3 Egg yolks
- 400g Pasta noodles
- ½ Cup grated cheese
- Flat Leaf Parsley
- In a pot, sauté CHICKEN INASAL LONGgANISA in EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE oil until GOLDEN brown.
- In the same pot, ADD onion AND GARLIC. TURN OFF THE HEAT. mix CREAM AND EGG YOLKS making sure that the eggs are not overcooked and remains creamy.
- cook the pasta in boiling salt water until it is tender but not mushy.
- toss until well mixed. top with grated cheese and parsley.
