  • 250g AGM Chicken Inasal Longganisa
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • ½ Cup white onion
  • Pasta Noodles
  • Cream
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • Cheese
  • 400g Pasta noodles
  • ½ Cup grated cheese
  • Flat Leaf Parsley
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. In a pot, sauté CHICKEN INASAL LONGgANISA  in EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE oil until GOLDEN brown.
  2. In the same pot, ADD onion AND GARLIC. TURN OFF THE HEAT.  mix CREAM AND EGG YOLKS making sure that the eggs are not overcooked and remains creamy.
  3. cook the pasta in boiling salt water until it is tender but not mushy.
  4. toss until well mixed. top with grated cheese and parsley.
