Human Resource Staff

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Human Resource (HR) Staff manages all aspects of the employment process, from recruitment to employee relations, and provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Sources candidates, conducts interviews, performs background checks, and manages onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Employee Records and Administration: Maintains accurate employee records, manages pre-employment requirements, and coordinates with accounting on employee information.
  • Employee Relations: Addresses employee violations, implements disciplinary actions, assists with employee exits, and manages employee benefits.
  • Performance Management: Collects and files employee evaluations, updates employee information, and provides data for regularization.
  • Compliance: Ensures adherence to company policies and relevant food safety management standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC22000).

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.

IV. COMPETENCIES:

  • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC22000).
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and maintains objectivity and emotional control.
