The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the optimal condition and functionality of company premises and equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and generators.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as needed.
- Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Report issues and potential hazards to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain quality and food safety standards.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Vocational degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technician or related courses.
- HVAC certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician preferred.
- Knowledge of boiler and refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with general maintenance procedures and tools.
