The Sales Processing Staff is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, managing order-related inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfillment.
This role is vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the overall sales operations of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Issuing of orders and process accounts
- Admitting records to ERP System for Accounting Department approval
- Admitting account to ERP System for Inventory Department product availability
- Providing delivery note (DN) Inventory preparation, for product tracing of production date.
- Providing customers Sales Invoice for delivery (Logistic Department)
- Monitoring od Sales Invoice and Delivery Forms.
- Customer service, tracking orders and ensuring the customer gets the proper item.
Qualifications
- College Level or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, or an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
