Gypsy Ham

A proudly Philippine made smoked ham from boneless pork loins that is moderately salty, savory & with onion & garlic undertones, and lightly glazed. Its name came from the gypsy camps, where pork meat would be smoked over wood fire, giving the skin a darker color
