All orders are subject to product availability.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within Metro Manila. Any shipments outside Metro Manila are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery timeframe of 1- 2 days will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the time of order confirmation. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

PL Aguila Manufacturing business days are from Mondays through Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments through our 3rd party service fulfillment partner.

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. As soon as the package arrives, please make sure you read the Proper Storage Recommendation on the label to ensure the freshness of the products. Customer must place the products inside the freezer/chiller according to label instruction to ensure its freshness. Ciller Temperature must be 0-4 degrees Celsius – warmer temperature may speed expiration. Freezer Temperature may be -10 to -18 degrees Celsius. 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the area of proximity and weight (maximum of 20kg). To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
