  • ½ TBSP CALAMANSI JUICE
  • 2 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
  • SALT
  • 2 PCS PEPPER CHOPPED SILI (RED PEPPER)
  • ¼ CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. SLICE PANDESAL, BRUSH WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F FOR 15 MINUTES.
  2. SAUTE PORK SISIG WITH 5 CLOVES CHOPPED GARLIC FOR 7-10  MINS.
  3. PREPARE SPICY AIOLI SAUCE: MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH A WIRE WHISK AND ¼ CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
  4. ASSEMBLE TOASTED SLICES OF PANDESAL, TOPPED WITH SAUTEED PORK SISIG DRIZZLED WITH SPICY AIOLI SAUCE.
