Production Personnel are responsible for the efficient and safe execution of daily production tasks across meat and juice processing. This includes operating equipment, performing tasks like slicing, weighing, mixing, blending, filling, and packaging, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and adhering to strict safety and food safety guidelines. This role ensures high-quality output through consistent adherence to standard operating procedures and effective teamwork.
Qualifications
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in manufacturing or food handling, with the ability to operate production equipment.
Skills:
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Willingness to work long hours and flexible schedules, including 2nd shift.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of and adherence to food safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols.
