INGREDIENTS
  • AGM Corned Beef 80g
  • Olive oil 1T
  • Salt
  • Potatos w/ skin 3pcs
  • Fresh milk 1T
  • Melted butter 1T
  • Chopped chives 1T
  • Grated cheddar 1T
  • Cream cheese 2T
  • Mayo 1t
  • Diced onion 1/8t
PROCEDURE
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Rub potatoes with olive oil and season
    with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Place potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook in the preheated air
    fryer until potatoes are soft, estimated 30-40 mins, depending on potato size.
  • Now that the potatos are soft enought to cut, Cut the very top portion of the potatoes potato
    tops.
  • Get the insides, leave the shell intact, be careful not to destroy the shell.
  • Mash the potato scraped from inside the shells in a separate container, mix in 1 TB milk, 1TB
    melted butter, 1/8 tsp sal. Use this mixture to stuff it back in the shells half way full.
  • Add an estimate of 20g corned beef on top each stuffed potato w/ mashed potato mixture
    inside.
  • Prepare cream cheese mixture: 2T cream cheese, 1 tsp water, 1 tsp mayo, pinch of salt, 1/8 tsp diced white onion.
  • Add 1 tsp cream cheese mixture on top of each potato and grated cheddar. Make sure that corned beef is highlighted and can still be seen.
  • Return to air fryer to heat the cheese and corned beef for another 5-7 mins. Please do not burn
    the cheese.
  • Sprinkle fresh chopped chives after cooking for garnish.
