INGREDIENTS
  • 2 TBSP OIL
  • 100G AGUILA  LUCBAN LONGGANISA (WITHOUT CASING)
  • 1 TBSP WHITE ONION
  • 1 TBSP CARROT
  • ½ CUP SHREDDED LETTUCE
  • 1.5 CUP COOKED RICE
  • 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TBSP LIQUID SEASONING
  • 1 PC SALTED EGG
  • 2 TBSP CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute longganisa in oil until brown but not dry
  2. Add onions, carrot, and lettuce
  3. Mix in rice, soy sauce and seasoning
  4. Garnish with chopped salted egg and spring onions
