INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Golden A Mango Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/3 cup Brandy
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 pc Fresh Mango, cubed
  • 3 pcs Bottled Cherries
PROCEDURES
  • In a sauce pan, melt butter under low heat.
  • Add 1 cup Golden A Mango concentrate from a bottle of 500ml concentrate to the butter mixture. Mix well.
  • Turn off heat. Add 1/3 cup brandy to complete the mango jubille mixture.
  • Prepare fancy serving cups, scoop vanilla ice cream.
  • Add chopped fresh cubed, chilled mango.
    Garnish with cherry.
