  • 1 CUP    FRESH BASIL LEAVES
  • 1 PC SLICED  AGUILA ITALIAN GARLIC SAUSAGE
  • 1-2 PCS GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • ¼ CUP PINE NUTS
  • ¾ CUP     EXTRA VIRGIN  OLIVE OIL
  • ¼ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • ¼ CUP GRATED PECORINO ROMANO CHEESE
  • ½  LB COOKED FETTUCCINE
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  • Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, cheese in food processor for 15 secs
  • Pour in oil and process until fine texture
  • Cook pasta and sausage to desired doneness Mix sauce, pasta and sausage to your liking
