PESTO AND SAUSAGE PASTA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 CUP FRESH BASIL LEAVES
  • 1 PC SLICED AGUILA ITALIAN GARLIC SAUSAGE
  • 1-2 PCS GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
  • ¼ CUP PINE NUTS
  • ¾ CUP EXTRA VIRGIN  OLIVE  OIL
  • ¼ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
  • ¼ CUP GRATED PECORINO ROMANO CHEESE
  • ½  LB  COOKED FETTUCCINE
COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, cheese in food processor for 15 secs
  2. Pour in oil and process until fine texture
  3. Cook pasta and sausage to desired doneness
  4. Mix sauce, pasta and sausage to your liking
