INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp. cooked sago
  • Big tapioca pearls
  • 3 tbsp. green gulaman or jell-o, chilled and cubed
  • 1 tbsp GoldenA Sago Syrup
  • ¼ cup or 50 ml coconut
  • milk (canned or tetra pack)
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • 2 tsp. toasted pinipig
PROCEDURES
  • Prepare two glasses. Half the ingredients to divide between 2 glasses.
  • Add 10–15 minutes of pre-cooked sago/tapioca pearls) from a 100-gram store-bought pack.
  • Add green cubed ½ inch jell-o (2–5 minutes pre-cooked and chilled) from a 6oz store-bought pack.
  • Add coconut milk from a 400-ml can of store-bought coconut milk.
  • Add 1 tbsp from the GoldenA Sago Syrup 500 ml bottle. Do not mix yet.
  • Prepare and add crushed ice using an ice crusher.
  • Garnish with toasted pinipig, store-bought.
