  • 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • 8 TBSP CHOPPED  AGUILA COUNTRY BACON
  • 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC
  • 2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
  • 1 TSP SUGAR
  • 1 TSP DRIED CHILI FLAKES
  • 1 TSP DRIED OREGANO
  • 1 TSP DRIED BASIL
  • 400g COOKED PENNE NOODLES
COOKING DIRECTIONS

Saute Bacon in Olive and Butter until brown

  1. Add Garlic, saute for 30 sec, do not brown
  2. Add Tomato Sauce, Stock, Sugar, Chili Flakes, Oregano, and Basil.  Simmer for 5min
  3. Add or top Pasta with Sauce. Garnish with Parmesan Cheese
